Privacy

Lucero Partners Pty Ltd, trading as Lucero Clinic, handles personal and health information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles and the framework for stimulant prescribing that applies to each consultation. Last reviewed 12 October 2026.

What is collected

Identity and contact details, Medicare card details for identity verification, the information you give in the intake questionnaire and rating scales, reports you upload, the content of your consultations, assessment reports, prescriptions, results of any checks requested, and payment records. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by the clinic.

Why it is collected

To assess, diagnose and treat you, to issue and monitor prescriptions, to communicate with you about your care, to take payment, and to satisfy the legal obligations that apply to prescribing stimulant medication.

Disclosure

Information is disclosed only where needed for your care or required by law: to QScript, which is checked at every consultation; to providers when checks are requested; to your usual GP, with your consent; to the clinic's practice management, telehealth and secure messaging providers, which store data in Australia; and to regulators, courts or Queensland Health where the law requires it. Information is not sold and is not used for marketing by third parties.

Storage and security

Records are stored in encrypted practice management systems hosted in Australia and retained for the period required for adult health records, currently seven years from the last entry. Access is limited to people involved in your care or in the administration of the clinic.

Access and correction

You can ask for a copy of your records or ask for a correction by emailing . Requests are answered within 30 days. A reasonable fee may apply for large copies.

The website uses cookie-free analytics that record page views and events without identifying you. Payment is processed by Stripe, whose privacy policy applies to the payment step.
