The process
Two appointments, at your pace. A written report between them.
Book, pay and complete the questionnaire
Choose a date and pay once. The questionnaire link arrives straight away. It is done before the appointment, so the appointment is spent on you, and it checks your identity with your Medicare card and photo ID.
Assessment
50 minutes by video. Your symptoms, your history, your health and the effect on your life. Your written report follows.
Treatment plan
30 minutes by video, as soon as you are ready. The report is reviewed with you. Treatment is chosen, a prescription issued, and a monitoring plan agreed. A letter goes to your usual GP if you want one.
Between appointments
The checks before medication.
Before medication is prescribed, your blood pressure and heart rate are checked. Where your heart history calls for it, an ECG or a heart specialist's opinion is arranged as well: heart symptoms, a heart condition, or early heart disease in your family.
We tell you what is needed at the end of the first appointment. Results come to the clinic, and your second appointment is booked once they are in.
